Tim has over 19 years experience in the Energy Utilities Sector in a variety of roles at SSE plc. Most notably leading the day to day Management Team who are responsible for operational and strategic stock for key SSE business units. This includes the ordering, warehousing, forecasting and onward distribution of critical infrastructure and stock to a network of over 45 depots UK wide from two National Distribution Centres in partnership with DHL Supply Chain.
Tim has responsibility for SSE’s Logistics supply chain digital transformation programme and the official partnership with The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).
Tim is an accredited Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT) and a member of Oracle's Supply Chain Leaders Group and holds a BA(Hons) in Criminology. As a senior practitioner in logistics and supply chain, Tim has a passion for developing future talent in supply chain management to make this a real career of choice.
